As a blogger, sometimes you are offered opportunities to review another blogger’s (aka the competition’s) work. It makes sense to me, but also seems odd at the same time. Since I am new at this blogging thing/adventure, I was nervous and a bit skeptical. But I decided the only way to learn was the hard way. So when this opportunity presented itself, I jumped in with both feet!
Mousekemoms.com meets Thehappiestblogonearth.com . Nice to meet you!
AND BOY, AM I GLAD I DID! This book was REALLY good. Good in a ‘saving money’ way. Good in an ‘easy reading’ way. Good in a ‘common sense’ way.
I was given a free copy* of Jessica Sander’s Disneyland On Any Budget~ Money Saving Tips From The Happiest Blog on Earth.
It is available via Amazon. $8.99 in paperback. And I recommend buying it in hard copy. That way you can highlight ideas, bookmark tours, and take advantage of EVERY SINGLE DISNEY FREEBIE that Jessica shows you in this book.
Jessica Sander’s is the keeper of the Disney blog The Happiest Blog On Earth. And in her book she shows the reader some really easy ways to save money FOR Disney, IN Disney, and GETTING TO Disney.
Many of her ideas are just common sense, but they are often over looked in the hullabaloo of life. Reading this book was well worth my time…and I consider myself somewhat of a Disney expert. I learned a thing or two and will be putting them into practice. Some of her ideas I’ve done before. Like enrolling the whole family in saving for Disneyland. How I get my whole family (6 of us) to save is something that I’ve perfected through the years.
She offers airport ideas, freebie ideas, food ideas, hotel ideas, and so much more. Her chapter on maneuvering the parks is really good. She gives line advise, fast pass advise, and even single rider advise. She even gives a brief review of some of her favorite rides. Her absolute fav is Peter Pan’s Flight. A family favorite here too.
She quotes Walt Disney throughout the her book. And they are beautiful quotes. She really brings home what it is to DO Disney. Please, get this book. You won’t regret it.
“Enjoy the journey and remember, as Walt Disney said, “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” Let the magic begin!”
